@ABCDHeadphones I use a Kodak Zi8, but now I prefer a plain old iPhone 4s for filming because it has a really nice tap-to-focus feature and the quality is way better. And yeah, nobody likes Skullcandy anymore, but I feel that they really did a great job with these. You usually would only associate Skullcandy with good looks only, but some of their headphones are actually excellent for the price.

I do not own a pair of beats I own a pair of Audio Technica ATH-M50 which I highly recommend way better sounding than the beats and can be had from around 100-150$ which is an amazing price for which you're getting! Beats promise to let you hear things that other headphones don't but ask yourself this how did the producer put those sounds into the song?

@mikeduf125 Just going to say that songs made into MP3's are missing a large portion of the possible frequency range of the music (this is how the files can be so small), so you are partially right. Beats and Aviators do however have a larger frequency range than many lower quality headphones I believe.

I am pretty confident that 90% of America has never heard any true audiophile headphones. Go to headfi.org for information about the elite headphones. A fantastic entry level audiophile headphone is the Audio-Technica AD700. They are around $90 new, and they sound better than any Skullcandy, Bose, or Beats by Dre headphone. All of those brands are made of marketing schemes.

@555thefreddo They're very good, not when you first get them though. You really need to burn them in for a while first, then they sound amazing. The highs get less piercing and the bass gains clarity and sounds a bit deeper.

They sound amazing! But if you want an extra clip for the wire, it's worth it to buy an older model that advertises support for the oder iPhone 3GS. It still works with all new devices, it just comes with a clip which can be useful. They sound great for the price! :D

@WatsDaWurd I have owned both. They both sound amazing. The Avaitors are much more comfortable. The only thing I like about the SK Pros is the coil cable. But the Avaitors I can wear for hours at a time while the SK Pros get a little uncomfortable after an hour or so. I'd Go with the Avaitors.
