The reason he perform this on Nako is due to her low defense in order to show off it is a 100% combo. If you do this on most characters it won't be 100%.
i can do part of this, and he does it from weapon pick up. In a match you realisticlt could only do engetsu hard slash-dash kick- super. Try it out its not hard.
