COUNTRY STYLE BEAR RECIPE

Slice bear meat into serving size portions about 1/4" thick. Tenderize with a meat hammer. Dredge in seasoned flour. Brown quickly in a small amount of oil. Add enough water to cover meat. @Nullfactory I saw a great show on History Channel last night, "The Bear Whisperer", about a fantastic man in Mammoth Lakes, CA, who is making it possible for bears and people to share the mountains without killing each other.

Funny thing, even though the show was all about how he's helped neither bears nr people to be hurt in decades, there he was, .45 caliber Glock always on his hip.

Ponder that, and be enlightened.
