@ciberkid22 the C++ .dll Prgm files are extremely unstable the file catch dumps too often, registry wipes randomly, devises are handled horribly drives almost never work for more than 6 months ect.

errr if you are being serious... then you don't know about the programs that are able to customize windows in ALOT of ways. You can literally make windows look and seemingly act similar to any other OS, (with reasonable exceptions)

There was no 'released' product from microsoft that enabled changing of the boot loading screen, but there are 3rd party software that still exists, and does a good job.

I should look at getting windows 7 customization software.
