Used to catch Golden Carp (goldfish) in the Schuylkill River near my house years ago. Lots of 3Lbers..some where mixed colors, probably with the native carp. You could easily see them swimming in the river. A guy in town had a small swimming pool size goldfish pond and rumor was they got in the river during a flood. Haven't heard of anyone catching any in a few decades.
sweet vid dave hope that wasnt my goldfish, I could have sworn he was dead, but if not I'm happy for him he seems to be doing well! And if he swam oversees hes probably been plenty of great places!
