Happy B-Day!! I can't believe I just watched a p90x update from a moving vessel in the Gulf of Mexico. Of course, you might find it difficult to top yourself next time. Expectations are running very high now. 

Don't forget that snorkling can be considered a cardio workout as well. And you are forgiven for the cake and ice cream intake this time...since it was your birthday and all.
