@enazatol the one where till has a flaming coat on is from their live performance of a song also called 'rammstein' till also had the flaming coat for 'wilder wein' on LAB and for the 1997 bizarre festival for the live performance of 'Tier' and in this video till has the flame thrower for the live versions of 'Feuer frei' and 'Mein Teil' i hope that helps! :)
