Could you make a video on how to make a garden for apartment balconies? I have mine potted in medium sized pots, but it prevents me from being able to grow a large quantity :S

I am definately going to make this. It looks delicious! However, I live in the NC and my bok choy has already gone by. I'm going to use spinach, kale and broccoli leaves.
Udon noodle taste worse and texture is bad if it was boiled with its broth.
