Great video, Great movie/ TV show (I know they had a Blue Thunder TV show too) While I would like being in either copter in combat...I have to say that I think Airwolf would destroy Blue Thunder. They were both advanced for their time, but Airwolf was better armed and armored. All in all, good copters, good vid.
Airwolf was just a crappy passenger helicopter that looked pretty. BT would win. But i would ALWAYS ALWAYS be hoping for the Airwolf guys to pull off a super near end stunt that saves the day, in true Airwolf style. ;-)

1thing: Have you seen how many rockets AW launched? It has just 3 rocket launchers but it fired about 4-5 rockets LOL and 3rockets from the same hole launcher.

I was under the impression that String dies after being reunited with St John. But that was in that atrocious season 4 that USA commissioned. I really don't consider that to be Airwolf. I think a movie would be great. It could be a dif chopper as long as it's a Bell. I mean it's 20+ years later.
Except from what the company who the guy brought the script to said; they want to have the movie set in modern time, which I guess won't be too bad depending on the story, and they want to use a different chopper which I don't agree with. Be like doing a Back to the Future remake without using a Deloreon, it'd just be stupid and wouldn't look right. I think these companies should not get involved in the films and let the dirrector handle it, which is why Donald left Airwolf after Season 2.

I meant to post my ideas on the forum for the possible movie script but never got around to it, but I always thought if they did do a movie they should set it where String finally finds the location where St. John is being held, go rescue him, and have String either give Airwolf back to the Firm or ,as much as it pains me to say this, destroy it but which ever would make for the better ending. Just to give the series a true ending it so rightfully deserves after twenty years it was canceled.

I used to watch Airwolf all the time since I was like 4. That was just 11 years ago, so I wasn't around in the 80s. I lost interest when I saw episodes featuring a new main character. What happened to Stringfellow?

i did'nt see anyone call it an apachi, they said the equipment is standard on an apachi, thats not the same, also their were 2 Gazelle's used and 2 diffrent blue thunder bodies created with can both be seen on the studio tour, sadly they just sit on the floor (not a Gazelle) operation frenchpoint made a Gazelle for the game, if anything the tail on blue thunder is more like a tiger than an apachi (but im not calling it a tiger nither) airwolf still looks nicer :)

Blue Thunder was essentially an Apache but with a 20mm Vulcan instead of the 30mm chain gun and no hydras, stingers, or hellfires.

you no im sure theirs an episode were kitt makes that same jump into the feild, also im sure i seen a kr ep chasing the same colour car (but no flag on the roof as kitt jumped over it) it also had no boot lid if i remember right : / was only skimming through avi's at the time lol

lol, ive ben planning on doing stealth but all the lighting seams way off compaird to 80's airwolf footage :'( the airwolf vs knightrider pt 4 rather fun once its gets going lol, i need a full time job, i got to much time on my hands lol

even if you put airwolf up against the apachi in flashpoint it gets its ass slapped every time LOL, i no Airwolf is a Fictional helicopter but if you no anything about the show (of the game mod) you'll no its design concept beats anything still in the air today, and it had the FIRST cd writer to ever be in public hands, do your research before boasting, its a tv show ffs PMSL get a life
