You do know that stainless steel strings are common for guitar and bass, right?

beautiful guitar, i played a custom 22 for the first time a coule of days ago. my dream guitar. beautiful. ur playing itsn't perfect here but i believe after more practise on this solo i think u could get it very good. nice video beautiful guitar

the difference isn't massive to be honest, obviously the cab models make the biggest difference. You can listen to the direct sounds through monitors, plus you have a global EQ for each output so live if one needs a tweak it's easy to do it without messing with your patches

is the art sla1 loud enough ?

it's rated at 200w, and the cab I have is 160w, it's pretty loud! I've not had it next to a valve head and cab but i'd say it's easily loud enough to play with a live kit. I'll let you know next week after my rehearsal :D

@Moltisanti okay cool ;). when you play it live, do you go directly out of the axe-fx or do you put a mic in fron of your cab ?

i've not done a show with this rig yet, but when i do i'll send the axe fx to the desk direct and have my cab onstage as a monitor for me - it's the perfect set up IMO :)

@Moltisanti oh ok ;). It would be a great set up but my worries are that i cant create my patches at home because the sound through the art sla and the cab is different to the sound that goes directly out of the axe fx ?!

@Helljeah17 - i tried the SLA1 at rehearsal with my drummer who is LOUD as sh*t and I had it on just under 3/4 volume, with the the Axe FX on 3/4 volume and it was plenty loud enough, and still had a lot left to give \m/
