  • OK so whole grains are OK but white bread is bad?

  • Eat whole raw fruit and whole raw vegetables.

  • Whole fruit has way more fiber, water, vitamins, everything compared to 5year old refiNed "whole grains"

  • I dont c the link !! I just joined weight watchers by the way. I have been working out since the 6th of october and I have dropped 6 pounds. It has been about 16 days and counting, my goal weight is 179. I also have a WII fit that tracks my progress, and my mother in law gave me an elliptacle...(spell check) anyway i am psyched! will I get a flat stomach if I loose all this wight? im 214 pd and i was pregnant 2x full term, pre pardum i was 168...same height 5'11
