    Yes I was. Calculate, buddy: If this(video) was from 2008 and I was 16 and now is 2010 and I'm 18 then I was REALLY 16 in the video. See the patern? You don't see this in many countrys 'cause kids now days are spoiled, play video games 24/7, and slack at eating healthy foods. Is time to accept the fact, lots of americans are fucking up...   • hey man, i am starting 2 get into serious training (which i know ill have 2 do 4 a while) n i would like 2 know what sort of supplements u use. i have been taking whey n working out 4 about 8 months now. i am 19 so this vid shows that it is realistic 4 someone like me 2 get into that sort of shape. also, is the whole thing bout 3500-4000 calories a day thing true? much appreciated from someone who has been inspired by vids like this!

  • about supplements guys this guy says only 2 shakes a day? well if your a hardcore trainer really wanting some gains you should be taking a protein supplement before work out (pre-workout) .e.g ( 100% gold stand whey protein ) '' very good product use my self '' then as a (post-workout) take another protein drink but mix it with some type of creatine or kre-alkalyn (halo anabolic od) for .e.g., most important tho make sure u eat-eat-eat ( fish,brown rice,sweet potato,chicken and questions?

  • to make gains your should work out at least three times a week. Doesn't matter what time of day but make sure you eat at least one hour prior to working to build up your energy. Exercise each muscle group once or twice a week. Don't over train.

    Here is the truth about supplements:

    Supplements are just supplements. They help you complete your needs in intakes of protein and calories of the day as for does who need an extra push cause of low lack of eating or simply because of the hard work training. Yes, many, people take supplements and it comes in many ways. Power Bars, pouder, energy drinks, ect.

  • You can take supplemts, but you will have to learn how to use it. Is only twice a day. Once in the morning and after workout(after noon). THAT'S ENOUGH FOR THE DAY.

  • I seriously hope you dont think taking supplements alone is going to make you super big. It takes a lot of training, right nutrition and food.

  • shakes will help only if you arent getting sufficient protein in your diet. You need to calculate your protein requirement. It is based on lean body mass and activity level.

    Yes, I wrote it down in my first video- on the video description, but that is just a boost. I stoped taking it and I gain 5 pounds in just 2 weeks. So, don´t think that´s the reason why I have this body. It comes from way many sources that shakes.

    Is a supplement. Just that; a supplement.

    You can use it. Just be careful not to take more than two shakes a day(morning, and afternoon) cause that will the oppiset to your body.

    The key is to do a proper, smart workout and eat a lot. A lot as healthy food and not junk.

    Sixe doesn´t really matter as much as heart. Is true that is better if you are taller for a better outlook of comparison of muscles, but still; if you have heart for just about everything, and I mean body building then you will sure get does muscle you are seeking.

    I'm 6'1 feet tall.

    Great body bigger than me i think your biceps should be slightly bigger but its nothing major overall you have a perfect body for your age.

  • Good Job. Don't forget to eat your protein. About 200 grams per day. I cook a lot of pot roasts so I have roast beef in the fridge at all times. Learn to be a good cook and it will help you improve your diet and grow even bigger.

    The answer would be something like this, so far, my mind is not consentrated in size or comparison with someone else body, specially when does heros you follow the path with have cheated their way to their goals. Is just me, myslef and I who is improving and pushing myself harder. I will surpass does dreams and bring my emagination to life. If you can imagine yourself at a certain point then make it real and then keep pushing without limit.

    The light source that illuminates the object to be filmed, must be behind the camera.

    How much bigger the intensity of the light source, greater the quality of the image.

    The number of pixels of the camera, also influences in the quality.

    It observes the light details and you will have quality in the videos better.
