Hey man nice setup! I know you don't really answer anyone's questions but it would be nice if you could take two minutes to answers mine. Where did you get your desk from? I simply can't find one larger enough for my room.
Alienware is way over priced. For the 1000+ dollars I could put in a pre built not custom gaming computer like AlienWare, I could buy myself a MONSTER of a computer part by part, and put it together myself.
If I didn't take that rout, I'd get an Asus gaming laptop, they're good too.
Asus has better gaming laptops cheaper, their cooling is better then most all laptops, and they actually come with a built in CD drive, which MANY lack. Two harddrives means the possibility of double the space, and the latest i7 mobile processors out by Intel. They also come with a range of mobile Nvidia, and ATI graphics cards. They're a bit expensive, but what do you expect with a high powered gaming -laptop-? ^_^
Aside from that, most High spec Alienware laptops lack a real internal CD drive. When I take my laptop around, all I want to worry about i the laptop, and power supply unit. Aside from that, like I said, Asus laptops have better cooling, because they don't cool like your conventional laptop- They pull air in from the front, and shove it out the back through two wide pipes. And I'm 90% sure they use the best mobile graphics cards out today.

I don't get angry over petty debates about items, merchandise. I don't get angry at Mac Vs PC, what annoys me is when someone gives the WRONG facts.
I have a good friend, he said his teacher sees more Dells in the shop then any other computer, and that Dell computers have so many problems. I've never owned a dell, I don't have an opinion, as for AlienWare, their laptops are decent, but I'd NEVER buy a desktop from them. I can build equal quality for half the price or better.
@Blivia OK, its ur opinion that they are wrong facts. Dell does not have many problems. It has problems but no computer is perfect. if u dont want a desktop, get a laptop. they are cheaper and i bet the laptops are better than asus
I don't, they run cool and powerful. You can't say that about every laptop. There's never a balance between power, and Temp of the laptop at hand. Asus laptops are pretty good, but you get the better deal with Asus I believe. Just do a little looking, you'll find nothing short of win. I wont lie some of the good stuff is over $1,000 but you know you're getting quality with them.
I don't ever intend to own an alienware, or Mac at that. Not unless I find an unbeatable deal.
@brandontechtalk with your giant plug extender (the name evades me at the moment) there is a product i found which would help you alot (dont worry i dont get paid for this company or shit like that, just trying to help) its by a company called "blueLounge" its called "CableBox" -> Search bluelounge into google and it should be in the first few results. @patten08 well, it depends what you call rich. For most people, if you have a $2000 computer ( a Mac) and a Macbook, an Xbox 360, a huge desk all in your room at the age of 12, you're pretty rich. Also, I doubt this kid has a job because of his age, so his parents probably get him this stuff. Not dissing you, BrandonTechTalk, I enjoy your videos. Your stuff is great
