I've tried soda too, but I brushed too hard with a normal toothbrush and hurt my gums. (Conclusion:Never too much force!) Atm I'm experimenting and I use both toothpaste and soda. I don't know if it will work for you, but soda is very cheap, so you don't have anything to lose. Warning: It tastes salty ;D

I'm terrible allergic to fluoridated water and if I have even one glass of tap water, I get stomach pains so bad I have to go to the hospital if I don't have my epinephrine on me. I can't even have ice in a drink made out of tap water.

@AbominableHuman Topically, the reaction isn't as bad. It does cause redness of the skin and I have to take allergy medication every day to reduce that. I have to use non-fluoridated toothpaste as well. And I figured it was fluoride because after some investigation and seeing what else might of caused it, this was the only clear explanation.

The flouride one is frightenning only because in the 80's, a friend of mine had documents from a Naval experiment on the effects of flouride on sailors they tested it on. The documents stated that high levels of flouride causeded a slow down in reaction time and mental sluggishness was notable... I wish I still had thos documents so that I could get them verified. I'm terrible allergic to fluoridated water and if I have even one glass of tap water, I get stomach pains so bad I have to go to the hospital if I don't have my epinephrine on me. I can't even have ice in a drink made out of tap water.

@AbominableHuman Topically, the reaction isn't as bad. It does cause redness of the skin and I have to take allergy medication every day to reduce that. I have to use non-fluoridated toothpaste as well. And I figured it was fluoride because after some investigation and seeing what else might of caused it, this was the only clear explanation.

Fluoride is a corrosive compound that damages bones and teeth. Fluoride is a poison. 6 decades of research have gone into water fluoridation to make it a safe and effective health preventative measure. There have never been any evidence or cases of harmful side-effects either. Look at "A Systematic Review of Water Fluoridation" published by the NHS.

The flouride one is frightenning only because in the 80's, a friend of mine had documents from a Naval experiment on the effects of flouride on sailors they tested it on. The documents stated that high levels of flouride causeded a slow down in reaction time and mental sluggishness was notable... I wish I still had thos documents so that I could get them verified. I saw it too, but you should be aware that it is possible to insert flash images between frames so that you don't actively acknowledge it, but your subconscious does perceive it.
