Its not about control, it is about protection. It is not about restrictions, it is about responsibility.
If you do not understand the reason, you certainly do not understand how to challenge it. PROFIT....whether it is in health, energy, or industry is so competitive, there is no way without intervention to stop abuse of the public. Who should do that? Another private company?
You see it in Banking, Healthcare, Power Companies, and Trade. Big business will ALWAYS do what is profitable.
