one other question before I forget, what's the console command to make the camera not pan around your character if you leave the controls alone for a while. I just tried to get some screens and it started rotating around my guy after like 30 seconds or so.
This is amazing man. If you don't mind me asking how is it done? If it's a lengthy process, just message me if you don't mind. I'd like to take a crack at it.
Also, we need a mod to ditch the clouds in the sky covering up the stars/aurora
@FastRedPonyCar Fraps has an option to continuously take screenshots every x seconds until you press the hotkey again. The image files then go through Virtualdub to be made into a video file, encoded using Handbrake, and then i used MP4Box to mux in an audio track which was recorded, trimmed and encoded using Audacity.
@Franzuaa90 I recorded it off the game; i don't have the OST :[
@nuble Ah thanks. I didn't know if you had used a console command to speed up time or if you used the individual shot method like traditional photography timelapses use.
What sort of time interval between shots did you tell fraps to grab?
@nuble yeah I saw another guy's video with that. too bad no easy way about it. what time interval did you set fraps to snap screen shots? once a minute or every 30 seconds?

@FastRedPonyCar if you simply sped up the time using "set timescale to 10000", the clouds and NPCs would still move normally
