The other song you suggested was by the rapper Porta who at the same time released an album- NOT the same one with the song Mi Rosa Negra on it. Therefore t.A.T.u used that melody first :)

Im not entirely sure though, the song Mi Rosa Negra couldve been released not on an album :S
