@durhamdf Not at all, I think every public defender and judge should be investigated by someone OUTSIDE of the Judicial system and most fired- I think if most people who would need a PD were given information they would be better to represent themselves, since they actually care what happens to them- if an innocent man goes to jail do you think his PD gives a shit? Representing yourself is not near as wise as hiring a lawyer but it beats the shit out of PD's. You get what you pay for.
