How come I didnt get this ending! everything happened exactly except for the fact that Junpei didn't hear a voice. I only got Prologue B

@Riushinn hmm, i guess you got the coffin ending. to get this ending you need the safe ending (ending 4)

Junpei only gets the flash back because the 'knowledge' of how to open the coffin came from the Safe ending. Notice how they keep saying "different people pass knowledge to one another without seeing each other?" That's how it happened: Safe-Junpei figured out the code and 'passed' it along to True-Junpei.

In case you go "OMG" by the time you've done this ending, you've probably passed the puzzles FAST since you now remember how they went. Same concept.

To be honest, I'm not entirely sure how one gets the Safe Ending properly without ending up with the Coffin Ending...perhaps you need to switch a location (door) in order to do so, or you have to change what Junpei says/does to get alternate endings.
