Hey Adam.. great job on your loss so far.. I am also a gay male and have had some of the same thoughts as you. I have been on trying to get lap band for almost a year now and it seems like that I am finally getting it next month (no thanks to the Insurance companies). Did you have any problems to go along with your weight? because thats the reason why I was denied with my insurance..yes I am over weight but I am virtually heathy, now we are having to go the "pay ourselves" route".

So sorry for your Grandmothers passing. Sucks how your New Orleans trip ended early. So glad you got a new job right away. That is so cool you got a job at the weight loss surgery center. I hope since you get a chance to learn hands on you can do some videos and give us lapbanders some teaching. Keep posting!
