  • It's a UFO. Nice catch. End of story. ; )

  • very good job 1 ufo cool.

  • Possibly debris blown out and toward the camera as the chopper was landing-given the direction of travel adn the timing it appears that the obect-possibly metallic, was kicked up and at an angle as the main rotor angle became more horizantal and parallel to the deck of the rig landing pad.

  • I'm a big fan of UFO's and aliens, but this is clearly CG. The lighting on the sphere flying past is wrong angle for one, and for another such a slow shutter speed on a cam would make objects flying by at those kinds of speeds look completely different

  • @JoelsufBass Only if this movie was shot in high speed like you see in the stop action shots. But movie films are only shot at around 30 frame per second. And if you would have an object that was moving in the excess of a thousand mph. Their is nothing I can do to bring this object into focus with in the 4 or 5 frames of film it was caught on. And it was hard enough just to notice this in the movie and still cant define its shape nor or less any lighting at all.

  • @billsherenow

You've misunderstood me. I was saying that SINCE this was shot with such a slow camera, it would cause the flying object to blur in a particular way. It is blurred, but not the same blur as the chopper blades, meaning the object wasn't captured with the same speed camera, or is CGI. Also, not only is the lighting on the wrong angle, but it's also too bright. The film has a very dull after-effect applied, but the object does not.

  • I personally know the man that posted this footage! He is a brilliant person and full of honesty and integrity. So to all you nay sayers you should be thanking him for the chance to see it! As well as for his time to even bother to share it with others. Thanks Bill nice catch man. Your eyes are still sharp as a tack for and old man...lol. Great job!

  • search on youtube: HUGE UFO Seen In Telescope Footage Of The Moon. December 2011 Very Close

  • If it was real, the ones on the scene would have noticed something, no? -_-

  • @TheJoao611 You would believe so but we know how loud these choppers are coming in close. And if anyone can calibrate the speed this object was moving by how many frame per sec they were shooting at and the time it was in frame. I believe it was going about 4 or 5,000 mph. which would be hard to catch with the naked eye with out knowing in advance of its arrival.

  • @billsherenow Well, the noise may be unnoticed, yes, but for sure there were tens of ppl recording, watching for the safety, etc., etc., and at least ONE of them should have noticed at least something and would have checked on the recorded scene what they saw imo... unless they're either retarded or have problems on their eyes! lol

  • @TheJoao611 And one more thing . I havent never seen anything travel past me in the thousands of mph. That would almost be like saying anyone could see a bullet fly by

  • @billsherenow Well, u wouldn't see the bullet but for sure u would have noticed that something occured... ;)

  • This was just a piece of crap blown off the landing pad by rotor blades

  • @PurpleChickenTV And since the film did not have anything to do with or about UFOs or was anything in the story line for it to be in the scene. Makes this capture more unstaged and believable. Which has nothing to do with rotor wash. Like mentioned. Without going great lengths what rotor wash would really look like at these slower speeds. Its very easy just to say it is fake or not. But that would just be a morons comment. I would prefer an intelligent comment that would prove the difference.

  • @billsherenow Hiya, as you guessed, I know nothing of "rotor wash". It was just a comment of what i thought. The title is correct. It is a real UFO because it is unidentified. I must agree with you that it should be left to the morons to comment "Fake" when they cannot prove for or against.

  • real or not is a cool clip

  • Nice catch

  • lol so fake

  • @Baboo405 That is one thing I really do Hate is that there are a lot of posts that are put up as real. When they are clearly FAKES. It would be better if those persons posted videos showing how well they were able to make a believable FAKE but not classify it as the real thing. But for any one that truly thinks this one is a Fake they are more than welcome to download the movie The Rig and go to the section I stated and watch for them selves that this is caught in the film by accidental luck.

  • @billsherenow Plus. They are landing on on an oil rig or something close to the water. Would tha mean that it came out of the water and went back in to it

  • @Baboo405 @Baboo405 You never can tell the actual place a shot was taken unless you were there. So many shots are made in places other than it looks like. But if this was actually taken on the rig as it shows. With that Helli pad being 2 or 3 hundred ft. above the water line. And the angle that it looks to me. Id say that the object was cruising 2 or 3 hundred ft. over the water. It would be great if someone from the film would take interest to better develop this object.
