Okay look, everyone needs to calm down. yes, this is pretty bad for your teeth, but it doesnt mean you can't do it every once in a while. Your enamel does not come back once its gone, but this trick is just fine in moderation and if you use pro-namel toothpaste. you can try this but the best thing to do is to just brush twice a day.

@doriantaylor66 Yes it does, if enamel didn't come back our teeth would of all fallen out by like the age of ten. We lose enamel every day by eating you know, but if we over-use this tip then it will really harm our teeth that's why you only do it maybe once a week.

I don't think any whitening method will work :/ I've heard baking soda and ALL fruits are damage to teeth! These two ingredients are both bad for enamel.

@DanielleT192 the lemon is bad for the teeth enamal and i just heard the baking soda is very safe for the teeth and the enamal so no worries on the baking soda i would most deffitally worry about the lemon very bad on the enamal you could even feel it on your teeth

@astaroth333777 I think bak. soda should only be used in moderation if anything because baking soda is very abrasive, which wears off enamel if used too often. A definite no to any fruits - that's possibly the worst thing you could do! Lemons are high in acid, as are soft drinks; that's like swishing fizzy juice around teeth as a mouthwash lol!
