Sorry, that site is entirely in Japanese. I have no contact with any of the people that upload these videos. From what I have heard they use a cheat device i.e Code Breaker to manipulate camera x,y,z positions. This is also sometime called POS hacking- but again I know very little about it and have never done it myself.
