This is real. I've seen a kid that age do that very trick before. Watch the xmas lights reflected in the glass behind them. You can see them accurately obscured. The way that Dad caught him at the very end is the clincher.
Very impressive, and for all those that say it's fake, give it up just because you're not gifted enough to do something out of the ordinary does not mean it cannot be done.
its a shadow covering up the lights, as they are not ON the picture.
