Troop withdrawal is already in the works but if you paid attention you would know that Obama talked to military officials and Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari trying to stall these withdrawals recently so if elected

when the withdrawals are noticed he can say it was b/c of him.When the troops do start leaving Iraq, some of them will be getting deployed to other areas of the world no matter who is President. You also don't cut military when we're on the verge of WW3. Educate yourself.
