Use 1:100 (1%) two stroke oil in your tank to prevent tank and engine corrosion if you use the modern aggressive fuel that contain 5-10% methanol (not good for the old engine and fuel system materials!)
its Km/h. the gauge is a custom made one from an original. some guy from germany does the transformation of the mechanism to give higher speeds. the number dial has the same type of numbers and looks totally like the original. i once tested it with a jaguar and got it up to 210. the jaguar guy went totally nuts. it could go higher but you dont want a ticket saying 220:)
a Volksworld show 2007 in London. A german guy was doing the tranformation and restoration of original speedos. Its a work of art and very accurate i can say. i cannot recall his name thought. Around 90 pounds depending on model also.

danggg thats fast. ive got a 1776 in mine dual carbs and a racing camshaft. i wonder if mine can hit 110 mph.

@echalos Nope, Once i got it to 210km but i dont hold a camera every day while driving.
If the conditions are right, it can hit that 220km mark.
