sa negros karamihan SINULOG ang PANGALAN ng mga FESTIVAL kasi IDOL nla ang CEBU'S SINULOG at pinaka bongga ang MASSKARA,the no. 1 FESTIVAL NG WESTERN VISAYAS....pag may sinulog festival sa CEBU maraming taga bacolod na nagpunta sa cebu kasi ganda ng CEBU, mababait ang mga tao....hindi TIKALON.................
