In my opinion, i would get either a set of phospher bronze strings or if you would rather play with nylon, get all nylon. Dont mix em up. \m/

when it comes to the sound of the guitar, most of it comes from the wood used on the body, my guitar has a composite back and i use bronze strings.

nop his strings all are metal or what he said bronze i got 3 metal getting rusty damn, and igot 3 nylon and i cant play for shit and on a metal string that thing thats the frats are on is getting thiner so it will be easier to play and a chord cause my hand is that big

if theyre the strings that came with the guitar, youve probably got a spanish guitar, which looks like an acoustic , this is mostly a begginners guitar although obviously you can get really good people who play flamenco etc on them.... you shouldnt put metal strings on a spanish guitar as the tuning will be fucked and it will sound awful. sorry i just realised your comments are 2 yrs old, ill post anyway in case you dont know yet lol
