@beuchars I totally disagree, I think he is the only TV chef that is realistic and tends to the average person. Have you seen Jamie Olivers 30 minutes meals, its all about cutting corners and keeping prices down but still producing great, healthier meals.

Unlike most other TV chefs Jamie Oliver is not pretentious and definitely not patronizing.
