What makes you decide to sometimes use The Best Glue Ever and add the glitter on top, and then sometimes glitter mixed in with clear nail polish? Is there a method behind your madeness? ;) Or is it just whatever you feel like at the time?

@supercraftyashley if i want it more "sparkley" i use the best glue ever. if i am going to cover it with stones or the sparkle is less important, i mix with topcoat. the best glue ever topped with glitter application is about 3x shinier :) :) my love toyou!!!! great question
