hey quick question: i have been using the latest firefox ..and it lags whenever I scroll, type..etc. does this browser do the same thing sometimes? I mean based on your experience with that browser

@regie831 I don't have that problem but then I don't have the same issues with Firefox either. Some browsers work slower with loads of tabs open particularly if you have a slow connection and loads of videos open

This video is almost useless because it shows little Flock-specific features and a lot of generic browser features. The name "Why You Need The Flock Browser" suggest demonstration of Flock advantages, not "Firefox/IE/Opera/whatever-bro­wser-you-like for dummies".

It's a personal choice of course, but as Flock is built on the Mozilla platform (ie Firefox) it offers everything Firefox does plus so much more.

If you're not into Social Bookmarking, Videos etc then it's probably not for you but it makes it so much easier having direct access to everything from one browser screen

@Ludlumk9 When i downloaded firefox onto my toshiba, an error message kept coming up and it would not go away. I wasn't able to open it even after I uninstalled it and downloaded it again. The only browser I was really familiar with was IE, so I just used that...and then I was having PC issues, and downloaded this on a whim, and I haven't had any gripes about it whatsoever...and I do like the connectivity to social networking sites

I totally agree with you on that one I have a special toolbar which I need for my home business & I'm meant to be using it with Firefox but it works in Flock like a dream, I have found that Firefox is slow & not as good as it use to be & in terms of performance flock kicks Firefox's ass no doubt about that one.
