1) Kashmiri Pandit were the most educated elite in Kashmir- so a certain sector of KMs was jealous.

The SOG and people pictured here are all J&K Police. In India, law and order is a state subject, which this reporter does not know. In fact the central Indian government can do very little in these situations. Just like police in other Indian states behave with impunity, so do they do so in J&K. Blaming the Indian federation for this is extremely ignorant at best. The federal government cannot interfere in local state law and order and Indian states protect this "right" very much.

According to the resolution of 1947 that region simply dont belong to india thats y its called "occupied kashmir". It should be an independet country.
