  • anybody know the name of the rifle at 3:10?? Thanks.

  • Would the 53gr 223 ammo be a good self defense rd?? Considering the high fragmentation would it be devastating when it hit the bg and less likely to over penetrate while still providing good stopping power?

  • Love this ammo in my Sako 85 Varmint Stainless! No complaints from the groundhogs either! LOL!

  • All that innocent animal killing is very sick and disgusting! Not something that you should be putting in an advertisement!

  • This is the best ammo I've found for accuracy and speed.

The faster the shot gets there the more accurate it has to be.

This is the fastest I know of today.

    Thanks Hornady...

  • Where's 7.62x39 hornady?

  • The fastest factory .243 round yet.

  • its the fastest factory load i ever shot from my stevens 110 in 22-250 dropped a coyote at 250 yards he fell instantly

  • cant wait to run that powder

  • @chillerboy134a already out

  • damn that's fast

  • How long, do you think, before they get into the propellant market? Whatever they're burning, I'd like it in my .303 - along with a nice, streamlined, boat-tailed bullet in the 140-150gn bracket.

  • @jsm666 i would be surprised if they started selling the powders they use in these rounds anytime. it is more or less the entire backing to the whole Superformance line, and if they want them to continue selling well, they probably wont sell the powder seperately, not for a while at least. But, what do i know haha

  • their going to start selling superformance powder in 2011 for reloaders, its by hodgdon

  • Sick, disgusting.

  • Are any new bullets offered in non lead for those of us stuck in "Kaliforia"?

  • @MrBillTroop73 i actually wish here in upstate ny that our outfitters carried more non lead munitions, from what i have seen they have better performance trajectory and cary energy alot farther of a distance without compromising the balistic energy at a farther distance, plus the copper bullets stay intact, i dunno i just like what iam hearing so far but have yet to get my hands on any for my own personal use

  • @1gamoguy anecdotally (is that a word?) I hear that non lead is less performance for more money, but required by the econazies.

  • @MrBillTroop73 hmmm not from the shows i have seen on the sportsman channel or outdoor network, they do alot of product reviews and so far the copper ammo from what they have found holds its energy and has a more flat trajectory than standard copper jacketed lead, however one thing i have found they did was to take an xray or a harvested animal and the lead fragments that showed up were astounding! i mean iam fine from eating the wild game for all these years, but if it is potentially harmfull

  • @MrBillTroop73 then iam all about a better bullet.... however i can see the effects that a lead shot, or bullet can have as far as a negative impact on the ecosystem but the amount has got to be alot more than the eco friendly extremists really understand, same thing when big red gum came out they were trying to pull it off the shelf because of an ingredient that could cause cancer, yet studies showed that you would have to actually ingest the gum and such an amount was humanely impossible

  • @MrBillTroop73 but enough of my mini novel lol either way if a munition works for the people who use it, iam happy, i would just like to get my hangs on some and see if they actually perform!

  • @1gamoguy I agree! LOL
