Goestothemayor is correct, it's not a difficult song. A bit of criticism from a fellow guitarist: either your amp seems a little too distorted, you're constantly down-picking (I can't see very well to tell), or you're playing open strings where you should be palm-muting them, while you're playing the refrain (the four-measure power chord intermission between the fast picking on E and A strings). It sounds a little ... ermm ... well you can barely make things out.
