I applied the one at 50-inch-vertical(dot)com however virtually any training prog is good as long as they actually work which unfortunately many do not

yea i also think that james johnson isnt a bust. he has lost 30 pounds and looks like a totally different guy, in the summer league he looked lost but in the preseason he has shown that he could now be accurate from the 3 point line, has attacked the basket well and played solid defense. if he proves he can get some minutes each game, then it will be just more depth for the bulls.
