Amusing that the Bankers would do their jobs and vet people for the loans. But instead the Banksters lowered standards gave teaser rates for people who where actually saving for homes. And made the housing market ultra cheap.but once those teaser rates expired the costs exploded. But no worries because uncle Sam will insure them.
