That happened to me once except it was a womens upper body and like a dogs back. It was weird. To fix it go to 'plan outfit' and change it. That often works

my friends baby did this, she found it was because of an outfit she'd downloaded! Change the outfit at the dresser when the baby is old enough! Hope this helps!

to delete the body go to the sims 3 launcher,click installed content,and search for 'horse body all ages and genders' i had the same problem

I know how its done. From downloading alot of sim clothes and sim hair or sim animals for sims 3 and then they end up on your baby, child, or toddler. Even if its for grown ups they just end up on your toddler. Its happened to me, like my toddler ended up with freakin long hooker boots or adult shirt lol and her legs and body end up all streached out like the toddler in this video

I might know what happened. If you download from the exchange then its most likely that is was caught from the exchange and if so here is what you can do-

Go to CAS and find the item which is causing problems.

Then go to the launch bar and go to 'installed items' ,find the item, click and then around the bottem there should be a button that say 'uninstall' and click.

OR

Just wait until the toddler grows into a teen. It wont work on teens

I've had this before, it is a CC (Custom content) file that sneaks into your game I heard. If you want to remove it, you'll have to delete the file "Horse body for all genders" and then your sim should be normal. I hate that file, got it removed today :D

the same thing can happen to a puppy if u use the cheat "testingcheatsenabled true" then shift + right click on the mouse on the puppy and click edit sim in create a sims and change the breed. u get like a long eared zombie dog and it never stops looking like that lol.

You can get rid of it by using the cheat "testingcheatsenabled true" type that into the cheat bar. Then shift click or right click on the sim and it should say edit sim in create a sim, then you can change their outfits to whatever you want..this should get rid of glitch

THIS is NOT a glitch, it is your custom content.

You can go to installed content on your game launcher and click run without custom content, and it won't appear.

there is an easy fix for this ! i had this same problem.

this is what happens when you download terrible custom content.

buttttt, you press ctrl, shift, c (opens the cheat window) and type in testingcheatsenabled true. then hold shift, and click on the sim that has the issue. then click on the option that lets you edit your sim in create a sim.

you go into clothing and change the clothes. all of this happened because adult custom content got into child or toddler clothing.

Its because you most likely went to sim exchange and got some sim that had different outfit that isn't found in a regular game. If you uninstall all the custom content it will go away as well and give you back your normal sim.
