Hey sorry to Spam, but I have written a FREE EBOOK Werewolf novel. If anyone is interested there is a link to it on the promo video that I made on my channel. Again I am sorry to spam but I am just trying to spread awareness about myself as an author.
in order to escape a warewolf is to pick up a stick then whisle at the warewolf , shout "Fetch!" then throw the stick far away. When the warewolf goes to fetch , you run the other way. Simple. : )
It's funny because you know at that time it was such a scary movie and today you can laugh about the effects. But I like these old films because they often are more scary then the new one xD
I remember watching this when i was a teenager, i really fancied that kind of elvira mistress of the dark looking chick that the guy with the blonde moustache rides at the bonfire :p :p
that was stupid too. the man run like a girl and the woman jumps out the window and hide up under the house. THEN THE OTHER MOVIE THE MAN FACE IS BEATING WHAT THE F*%K
Merci encore!
Can you believe there Remaking this movie an American Werewolf in London? You know there gonna CGI the damn thing an fuck it up. Just like they did ''The Wolfman'' i mean ugh... Classic's should be left alone... The day they Remake Jaws i might have to shoot someone.
I only saw this about a year ago, and I was totally blown away by Rob Botin's special effects. Absolutely fucking incredible. His work on 'The Thing' is mind blowing.
Awesome looking at this; the then and now location sequences. Details some people don't care for but I for one, love to see. The fact that cabin is still rent-able is awesome, haha! I'd take my family up there, we'd watch The Howling then I'd ask them if they noticed any similarities, lol.
I also love this movie. Is by far the best werewolf movie ever made. I would loe to visit this location but I wouldn't sleep there. Too spooky for me.
Elizabeth Brooks died of Brain Cancer in 1994. Her son put up a tribute website to her, and Chris died of an illness also, (a while back) and dee is a widow now.
I own this movie and I just love it. This is my favorite werewolf movie. The transformation of that guy from man to wolf is fucking great... gross but great. This is the perfect movie if you want to scare the shit out of some kids who think they can stand werewolf movies. Show them this movie and they'll nightmares for weeks.
where can i watch this movie on the internet? and wow that transformation scene blew my mind. i have always tried to visualize what the transformation in real life would look like but its always foggy and unclear with the details but this movie looks like it had given me the perfect visual of a transformation. looks painful lol
Back when production companies depended on manual ingenuity and a gritty plot to make a movie. Not this CGI crap that has overrun Tinseltown these days.
I have the same question. That would be pretty amazing that it hasn't been covered in graffiti or torn apart. It's like time stood still in that area. It's been 28 years.
@yumiko0017 I disagree, I think the scary movies they make today are pathetic compared to late 70's early 80's horror films. They're definitely classics and will never fail:)
I really enjoyed this video! When some people watch movies the movies just flies by and they may not notice details. Other people, like myself, notice every little detail. Not that I look for the details but my eyes just take in everything. I had fun watching this because I can see that you are the kind of person who notices everything! Congratulations on a job well done! Richard
One thing I can't stop wondering is where does Herve get all the time and money to find all these places. Must be nice to not have to work a full time job in order to film movie locations!
Horror film fans are always fascinating creatures. HerveAttia's obsessive love for this werewolf classic comes across quite imaginatively. An excellent tribute to "The Howling"
Eddie is my favorite werewolf. 9 feet tall, enjoys being a werewolf, strong as hell, homicidal intentionally. He scares me just thinking about it, I love it lol. Congrats Bottin and Dante, you have succeeded at making perhaps the best werewolf film ever.

Robert Picardo had also been made up by Rob Bottin for "Total Recall" (1990) as the Johnny Cab and Meg Mucklebones in Ridley Scott's "Legend" (1985).
Jal8919536 2 years ago
Thanks for the info. I did not know it was the voice of Johnny Cab and behind the make up of Meg Mucklebones.
Great actor from the 80's who never showed his real face most of time :)
I liked him when he portrayed the CowBoy in Innerspace. Another Joe Dante classic.
