Yeah, I found it odd they got left out. The game has no cities in that region and I don't think Asia can place things there either.

australia has been left out because the country has no nuclear weapons and so there nothing t fire at or reason to build on australia, but i do believe theres a mod for australia if u reely want them

you should really activate the game in steam (I think it's free if you have a legal copy of it already). If you ever happen to lose the key, you can just download it from steam. (I guess)
