No. It's about investment banks, lots of them headquartered in the US, making a very good profit on the cap and trade and carbon markets systems they themselves created, and are now selling to governments. It's also about consolidating power on a global level (through global banker-run agencies), based on a false threat, invented by corporate-run boards using pseudoscience and "computer models".
