well, the first time is because nate can't say he loves blair and that same episode she sleeps with chuck (episode 7). they get back together in episode 10. nate find out she slept with chuck in episode 13. that is all season 1. near the end of season 2 , they get together again for a couple of episodes 2x22, by 2x24 (the prom episode) they break up because B realizes she loves Chuck more.

they did for about a couple of episodes before Blair broke up with Nate because she was more in love with Chuck. They went to prom together became king and queen and then it all felt like a High school memory to blair. they broke up there.

In this episode Blair, Dan, Serena, Nate & other students sneaked into the pool at their school at night and had a party.

One kid ended up almost drowning and the ambulance was called.

The headmistress found out about how someone stole the key to get in.

Nate found the key in Blair's room, and turned himself in to cover for her.

But really Blair took the key and hid it eventhough she wasn't the one who actually stole it.
