this "professor" is pathetic. the number of mistakes he made in wording alone was sad.

But, @37:54 , his solution of R1=150 ohms and R2 = 30 ohms, is off by a factor of 5. His solution places 1.5 volts on the load at full current draw of 100ma. The correct solution is R1= 30 ohms and R2 = 6 ohms.
