In my high school we had a "Dean of Discipline" whom most feared.I did not.I found it odd that this arrogant bastard was given so much power & authority over students.Ppl cared more about not getting in trouble than they did anything else,such as actually learning.I was regularly harrased by this man,sneaking up behind me & grabbing me by the back of my collar to drag me off to his office.For what?My hair was too long,my uniform was not correct,etc. I cheated my way thru high school. No diff.

You forget, even though he's in power, we're dealing with people who control roughly 80% of the world's resources and therefor are the base of real wealth. I've read Iserbyt's books and was blown away by her proflific documentation in the mid 80's just as much as listening to this video. She is credible and I know for a fact Birdville ISD and Keller ISD in TX is using Outcome Based Educationl. I am so very thankful Iserbyt is still active and sounding the alarm....thanks so much for this info. We must now ACT to ensure the Dept of Education is obliterated from our tax dollars!
