He has had prostate cancer, brain tumor, PTSD, firbromyalgia, plus 27 other symptoms of agent orange and is 100% disabled due to his service duty. He did not realize he could be heard in classes and would disturb them. That's not his intention. In the future he will try to refrain from yelling during classes.

Just as someone cannot force their views upon him or you, he should not force his residency on campus upon others.
