I don't think this was meant as a putdown to women...but a wake up call!
To all the girls out there that are walking home alone. Just take a look at the NYS sex offender registry for the city of Oneonta....there are 17 listed in the immediate area. Wake up...don't walk alone....be safe!
Sadly some people are missing the point. This is to bring attention to the problem and suggest preventative measures that girls can take so as not to find themselves in similar unfortunate situations. It in no way explicitly, or even implicitly, places blame on the girls. By creating a rap song it fosters extra attention that might not be had from emails and news articles, your attention is proof. It's a great idea, a new way to promote public safety.

Why are you acting like its the victims fault? Just because the girls shirt was too high and she had too much to drink she deserved to get raped? When you get drunk, does that give guys a free pass to rape you? Am I the only person that doesn't think rape jokes are funny? You just put together a song to warn people about shit that tons of guys do, don't portray girls as the problem, why not write a song saying guys don't fucking rape people? and you tagged this as funny? really?
