They are not moldavian secret service ppl. They are russian FSB(KGB) support personel send by Russia to support the puppet comunist regime. The local FSB(KGB) base is located in Transnistrian region controlled by the 14 russian army core.

itc clear that the cars ar not from the "secret services" they are probably friom "securitatea" or state security it's a bigg difference between them. and the 2 different numbrer plates are not a mistake thei did this with a well known purpuse. dont be stupid i dont think that somebody changed the numbers just to make "cheap propaganda" neither the beaten childs or canceled trains or electricy" maintinace" from this days , bloked borders are cheap propagada... it the cruel reality!!
