bring in the jobs, tax reductions, then the restaurants and malls. Years ago when I lived in Rock Hill in the 80's, I worked at Klear Knit. My ex-father in law had a machine shop. It did really well, but he was not made to feel welcome, so, after 5 years, he left! The town seemed to be on the downhill slide even then. If people aren't working then they can't spend money. You really need to reel in big companies.
