  • I wish I could afford a cool sounding acoustic bass like that!

  • I'm growin' out my (facial) hair!

  • @maxreaper25 hahaha

  • @Tapicero111 you don't like Scott? I mean Matt was a great bass player but Scott is awesome too! Maybe not as good as Matt but I like him a lot.

  • for some reason i want to punch the bass player in his stomach i hate his face...i want sharpeback!!!!

  • Since Raditude came out, i've begin to question if Rivers was being satirical this whole time, or if he really does think he's this awesome

  • 2:07-2:08 look at rivers lip. reply to this if its hilarious

  • That is Troublemaker, not Troblemaker.

  • I bought the "RED =W= CD just for Troblemaker.

  • i effing love weezer

  • Have you guys seen the video on youtube of this song live at fuji rock 09? He has to ask TWICE what the first line of the song is!!

  • That is the worst pornstache I have ever seen...including Jake Plummer, and that's really saying something!!

  • I like old AND new Weezer, but doesn't anyone else think it's weird to sing about "I'm gonna be a star one day lalala" when he's already famous?

  • @irishbug14 nah i don't think that's weird. just because he's using the first person doesn't mean he's talking about himself, it's a song, not an autobiography. also i don't think his name is jonas

  • I love the acoustic versions. Fantastic harmony, great singers all of them.

  • I loved this song from the moment I first heard the song play on the radio. I now consider "Troublemaker" one of my most favorite songs ever. "Cause I can't work a job-Like any other slob-Punchin in & punchin out-& suckin up to Bob. CLASSIC!

  • Well when you've written as many songs as Rivers has you might need the lyrics.

  • really? has to have a clipboard with lyrics for a song written by him..

  • I love that he has a lyrics sheet. Haha.

  • rivers s a genious

  • That's awesome. The drummer plays guitar too!

  • "marrying a biotch, having 7 kiods, giving up and growing old and hoping theres a god!!!" I love this line soooo much!!!

  • Horrible?! I dont know about that. I think its pretty great and clever.

  • I love the tension built up in the bridge of the song.

  • Wow, this song is way better acoustic.

  • rivers look like "earl" he need to grow up he's hair a little

  • I prefer all of the songs they played at this session acoustic.

  • he doesent know the words

  • is rivers balding?

  • yeah

  • I love how these guys play such simple stuff yet they sound better than 90% of the other bands out there. Rivers is so talented.

  • is rivers reading the lyrics off the clipboard?

  • This video was made during the time of the release or advertisement of the red album... So Rivers probably hasn't rehearsed it enough times to drill it into his brain.

I don't blame him, those lyrics take a while to sink in.

  • but rivers wrote the lyrics

    last i checked

  • What's the name of the album?

  • The song is from the red album

  • Weezer (Red Album)

  • love this song, this whole album is so cocky and i LOVE it haha, and someone said weezer stripped down owns, it really does, you can put any weezer song on acoustic and it sounds awesome

  • "marryin a biotch, having 7 kiods, givin up and growpin old hoping there's a God." best part. the stache and black turtle neck perfects it.

  • I love how easily their music flows. This song is SO addictive. "You wanted arts and crafts. How THIS for arts and crafts?"

    Absolutely wonderfuly :)

  • Weezer stripped down owns, not a lot of rock bands can do this sadly.

  • this is great. one of my favorite songs of the new album. they have such a keen ability to write catchy songs with such powerful lyrics. and go rivers \m/ rock the 'stache

  • hahahahha awesome! rivers looks like he is freestyling

  • yeah.. true.. i've been through with that stage..

haha i'm also a trouble maker myself.

  • this song is so bad-ass. I love it.

  • this is a really awesome acoustic version, is that an acoustic base?

  • of course it is lol. cant you tell? :o and its bass :P

  • such a little smart ass jerk.... I love it :-D

  • is this really weezer

  • yes, rivers has a stache, and pat is on guitar instead of drums, lol

  • he played guitar before, there is a vid in youtube of Pat playing photograph ¨=)

  • WOOOOOO

    GO PAT :D

  • whats up with the mustache? haha

  • excellent version, very creative, I love this band, I think sound better than original song.

  • sounds even better acoustic

    :D

  • Death and Destruction... acoustic.

You may be getting me excited for something that may not be coming weezur.

  • Maladroit on acoustic? That's genius!

  • This coming from a Maladroit Girl...lol

And I know! Think how Death and Destruction would sound in Acoustic....its got such a nice melody

  • I wish they released an accoustic version of Maladroit....think about that

  • Well not only are there a lot of lyrics inn the song, he's a musician who has learned plenty of songs over the years, not just lyrics but instrumentals, so i think that if he wants to read off a clipboard he can!

  • wow theyre very creative

never seen a band so creative before

its exactly like the album instead acoustic

    very impressive

  • well..there is a lot of lyrics in the song...

  • love dis song so dus mi bro nd hes 5 hahaha

  • lol reading off of a clipboard as though he can't remember the lyrics!

  • he didnt, the songs were still new to him

  • Yeah, this was almost right after the album came out, and they had barely started touring with these songs. I couldn't care less if he needed a clipboard, its still amazing.

  • @CodyT3212 Rock groups use teleprompters to remember their lyrics just like Obama-lamma-rama-rama-ding-dong. The teleprompter must be broken, thus the clipboard with lyrics.

  • i wish they did heart songs live acoustic, this is an amazing song tho

  • my anthem

  • That bass is a damn fine and heavy pole vault of a boom. S'nice.

  • min 1:02 FTW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    WEEZER ROCKS!

  • rivers got some sort of beard now, similar to the one back in the 90's. beats the stache.

  • hahahahhaha, the stache ruins his look-or does it perfect it?

he not so nerdy anymore well w/ out he glasses at least-he still is nerdy.

he has to look at his clipboard for the lyrics! haha

  • they did this before the album was out yet, the songs were still new even to him

  • Actually,I thought the liner notes in TRA Deluxe edition said that he had already wrote Troublemaker a WHILE back ago...Or I guess he might've just re-dug up the song so he probably forgot the lyrics within time then

  • Thought this was OK GO when I first heard it. It has the same beat and rhythym of one of their songs.

  • keep it on the up WOAHHHH

  • that stache kicks balls.

  • hows this for arts and crafts na na na na na na naaaaaaaaaa thats right biiotch lol

  • im with rivers vanilla all the way lol

  • it seams to load pretty slowly for me
