Shutter speed determines how long the camera opens it "eye" - a quick shutter speed will capture very fast motion but the subject needs a lot of light or it will appear dark.

A slow shutter speen will be better in low light situations, but you will pay for it with the inability to capture fast moving objects

I'm honestly not sure whether I removed the pull down or not. I just exported it in Sony Vegas 9 Pro per directions given from someone here on youtube for the highest quality youtube friendly export.
