  • remember:

    knees cant go past ur toes

    go down slow trow ur butt back go down only to parralell level, go up slow again & dont lock ur knees

    feet need to be 2 or 3 inches wider than shoulders

    let your toes point naturaly out

  • amigo your gonna hurt ur knees , knees go past your toes about a foot, you need to learn correct form

    also it looks like your not spreading your feet , feet need 2 be about 2 or 3 inches wider than ur shouders, do it slow & dont go deeper than parralell to floor

    Question, it was hard to tell, but those looked like 45 lb plates and if it's Olympic bar 45 lbs that would be 135lbs....which is even more impressive...so which is it 115 or 135? I wouldn't want to leg wrestle you...haha.
